Douglas has been found and rescued! He is now back at the shelter, all cleaned up, and happy as happy can be! The Animal Friends of Westmoreland is thankful for everyone's help and even more thankful that this little pup is safe and sound! I just had to keep all of you updated! Now we just have to find this little guy a permanent home :)
